This requires some intense domain-specific knowledge including Geo, plans to build long term local skills businesses and a broad understanding of technology. Eduardo is an engineer who has done applied machine learning, enterprise systems, prototypes for consumer and commerce systems; and with his team has built systems that improve and save lives around the world, from Haiti to South East Asia.
