Where 2.0 now has an Attendee Directory that allows you to see who else is going to Where 2.0 and connect with them before, during, and after the conference. Once you opt into the Directory and log into your O'Reilly Conference account, you'll be able to:
Please take note that each user on the network is responsible for his or her own security. As this is an open network, you are advised to disable any open ports or shares you do not want exposed. For privacy, we recommend that you use a secure tunnel through a trusted server when accessing network services, such as email or web sites.
Half the value of attending Where 2.0 is getting as much out of networking in the lobby as you do from the learning in the sessions. Join the Where 2.0 social network, our Attendee Directory, where attendees can meet and connect.
Check out the Attendee Directory, and network with old contacts and make new friends.
