Martin Lechner

Martin studied both Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Salzburg, Austria and the Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. He got to know Philipp Breuss during his time at Sony DADC. Martin was fascinated by the possibilities of Augmented Reality and joined Philipp to develop Wikitude. He is now CTO at Mobilizy. Programmers now know more than just location; by also knowing which direction the phone is facing, you can overlay objects on users’ view of the world.
