Martin works in geometric data processing and visualization. He is currently employed as a research scientist at the Lawrence Livermore National Labs. He is a well-published scientist with several seminal papers in Computer Graphics and Visualization conferences. He is also the developer of LAStools and laszip.exe which are very popular in the remote sensing industry. He is also passionate about urban farming and likes to hang out with the three chickens in his frontyard.
