Andy is an indepdendent consultant based in the UK, who comments for various publications on the future of the geospatial industry particularly in Europe. He is currently working on projects for Ordnance Survey assessing economic value of opendata and for Land Information New Zealand (LINZ)advising on developing their spatial data infrastructures. He was editor of the Geospatial Foresight 2015 study for the Association and geographic Information http://www.agi.org.uk/foresight and worked on INSPIRE as facilitator to the Address data specification working group.
