Maps for Our Urban Species
At Lumatic, we believe that cities are humanity’s future, and that they need to be easier to love. Now there are seven billion of us, we need to find ways to live happily while living densely. Smartphones will be the enablers—both in terms of mobility and delight. Lumatic is building humane maps of the world’s cities for smartphones. The language is clear; the images are obvious; easter eggs are plentiful; transit—even buses—are demystified;and social context is explicit.
